network outage swansea February 21/22 2016

There is network outage in swansea, the whole area. Postcodes SA1, SA2, SA6

 

no calls, texts, data. No 3G,4G,5G just SOS signal.

 

outage is in the 2nd day but network checker suggests strong signal

 

using iPhone 17 Pro

 

can anyone help please?

    I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this. If there is a network outage in Swansea (SA1, SA2, SA6), service cannot be restored by troubleshooting until iD Mobile and the partner network fix the issue.
     

    Please try these quick steps on your Apple iPhone 17 Pro:
    Restart your phone
    Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds then off
    Set Network Selection to Automatic
    Check Data Roaming is ON
     

    The SOS signal usually means the phone cannot currently connect to the network due to the outage.
