network signal connection help

Hi, I’ve recently moved to a new area and have no signal at all in the whole area. I cannot even receive a message for hours, until leaving the area. In surrounding towns my connection is perfectly fine, it is just this town but it is the whole area. I have checked the network coverage and it says my connection should be great inside and outside. My phone is 4G and 5G compatible and is an iPhone 16.
