New ID customer, changed from Vodafone (no problems). Received SIM card, all worked except unable to send or receive mobile calls (can call on WhatsApp). Did everything ID requested on the help line (over a few days). Finally t inform the handset was the problem? Bought new phone, same problem, requested I get a replacment sim, put the new sim in and same problem! I just don’t know what to do.
