New to ID but finding coverage dreadful (dropped calls & no data) in Central Scotland. I have a 5G phone and previously used Three and Smarty with a mich better signal and no dropped calls, but apparently ID use the same network.

I tried the customer service bots to check if I have all the settings in my phone correct and it didn't have a clue.

Hi @JagsFan1876

Thanks for your post. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing dropped calls and poor data since joining us. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you’ve had a better experience with other networks in the same area.

Please use the following link to check the coverage in your area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage.

You can also try reinserting your SIM, or testing your SIM in another phone. This will help determine whether the issue is with the handset or with the SIM card itself.

If the issue continues after this, please contact our Live Chat team via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat so we can take a closer look for you and help get this resolved.

Thanks,

Marquerita

The "live chat team" is just a bot and bloody useless like this network.
