I have reset my phone many times, I have put it on airplane mode, everything is switched on like it should be I just want a worker from ID mobile to reset my account. Nothing is working for it. I’m abroad in Germany at the moment which is when it stopped working.

We're really sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue, especially while you're abroad.
Before contacting our Customer Service team, could you please try manually connecting to one of our roaming partners in Germany?
- Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection.
- Turn Automatic network selection Off.
- Manually try connecting to each of the following networks:
- Telekom
- Vodafone Germany
- Telefónica (O2)
Once connected, restart your phone and test your calls, texts and mobile data.
If you've already tried this and it's still not working, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They can check your account, refresh your roaming services where appropriate, and raise a technical investigation if required.
