No 4g or 5g in my Area for 7 days, status checker says they are having issues .

Zero signal for calling or data in my Area , L30 . Online chat are clueless. And phoned complaints and raised a ticket . 7 days now , just says we we are having issues in your area . I pay for unlimited and cant stream or anything. Get no help from anyone . I feel like just cancelling direct debit and taking them to the small claims courts . 

Its not a phone issue , ID mobile status checker , says they are having issues in my Area. How can 7 days be acceptable  ?????

Not one reply from staff ? Yet when someone's handset is to blame , 10 replies ? Day 8 of zero signal in my Area and status checker saying we still have issues , we will fix them as quick as we can . You cant charge people for unlimited services and provide 0 services. Your customer service skills are horrendous. I just put a vlog up on YouTube and Tik Tok and its already had 47,000 views

Sent you a private message with all information you need . When people look into it . They find out there is an issue . Then no one can do anything or tell me when its going to be fixed . Crazy . Never known anything like this . I thought Three Mobile customer service was bad .

So now you guys know the issue is there. You go quiet just like the call centre from the other side of the world. 3 tickets raised. Not one call back , nothing .
