No audio reaching called nbr

My wife and I are both with iD mobile, when we phone our local vet we can hear them answer, but they cannot hear us. The same issue occurs using WiFi and 4g/5g. But when we are out of the area and using mobile transmitter, we have no issue. We can communicate ok with a landline, so clearly it's a mobile issue. My wife and I have different Samsung phones with same issue. We are at a loss with ideas.

    As far as we know, only the vets phone number.

    Hey there ​@ian57, sorry to hear that. If the issue is only with them, I’d recommend asking them if they have any issues their end, as it’d be odd for an issue our end to be causing issues one with one phone number, especially if it lets you call/answer.

     

    If they cannot provide any further information, please let us know so we can investigate further.

    We have no more information. So we'll call vet whilst in their reception to investigate. But that won't be for a while, so in the meantime close this thread. Thanks
