no calls or text outbound since changeover

I have a Samsung galaxy flip z 7. I changed to your network on 9th of June. Since changing over via PAC I  am unable to make any calls or texts or use any data. So far pretty unimpressed with ID mobile. Please resolve or I will be leaving within the cool off period.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues since your number transferred across.

 

While we appreciate how frustrating this is, it can sometimes happen shortly after a PAC transfer while the network and handset complete the provisioning process.

 

For your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, we'd recommend trying the following:

  • Restart the phone.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off again.
  • Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and ensure Network Mode is set to automatically connect.
  • Try manually selecting the network:
    • Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
    • Turn off Select Automatically
    • Choose iD Mobile/Three from the list.
  • Reset your network settings:
    • Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings
  • Check that your mobile number has transferred correctly by going to:
    • Settings > About Phone
