no connection anywhere

No matter where I am I seem to have no service at all, and it doesn’t let me call anybody, had the phone a few months and nothing has changed? Anyone know why?

Could you please let me know the make and model of your phone so I can provide appropriate troubleshooting steps? Also, kindly share your postcode so I can check the signal coverage in your area and surrounding locations.

Hi, I have an iPhone 16 pro max and my postcode is SG5

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps below:

 

Manually connect to the iD Mobile network (Apple):

Go to Settings

Tap Mobile Service

Tap Network Selection

Turn off Automatic

Select iD Mobile

Return to the home screen

Wait a few minutes and test your service again

 

Mobile Network Reset (Apple):

 

Go to Settings

Tap General

Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone

Tap Reset

Select Reset Network Settings

Confirm the reset

Return to the home screen

Restart your phone
