No coverage at home for two months now

I have had no coverage in my home for two months on my phone or my wives. Leaving ID mobile seems impossible to get any customer services

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had no coverage at home.

I understand how frustrating that must be. Can you confirm your postcode and phone numbers? Also, have you tried a replacement SIM or your SIM in another phone, did it work there?
Do you get any signal at all at home?

While we check, you could try restarting your phone, toggling Airplane mode on and off, or resetting network settings (this will remove saved Wi-Fi networks). Once we have your info, we can look into coverage issues and suggest solutions like Wi-Fi calling or a signal booster.
