My wife and I have purchased 2 lines a month ago eSIM for an iPhone 17 pro max and iPhone 15 pro max neither lines are working at home or at work. We’ve tried everything on the help hub but no luck. The net coverage in both post codes are poor and for some reason WiFi call option doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
