no coverage in my area

Hey I joined a few months ago and it showed good coverage for my area, but I’ve noticed it’s really bad no internet dead zones I have to walk down the street just to make a phone call where do I stand in leaving

We completely understand how frustrating it must be having to leave your street just to make or receive calls.

 

Before discussing further options, please try the following troubleshooting steps as these can often help improve signal stability and connectivity:

  • Restart the handset regularly to refresh the network connection
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Ensure the handset software is fully up to date
  • Try setting the handset to 4G manually instead of 5G:
    • iPhone:
      • Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > 4G
    • Android:
      • Settings > Mobile Networks > Preferred Network Type > 4G/LTE
  • Ensure Wi-Fi Calling is enabled if you have access to broadband/Wi-Fi at home
  • Reset the network settings on the handset
  • Test the SIM in another handset if possible

Please also check whether:

  • The issue happens indoors only or outdoors as well
  • The problem occurs in multiple locations or mainly around your home area
