Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear how long this issue has been ongoing for you. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to repeatedly report the problem and feel as though you’re not getting the support or callbacks you were expecting.

 

Poor indoor coverage can sometimes be affected by building materials, local mast congestion, or network issues in the area, however we appreciate that this does not make the situation any less inconvenient.

 

If you have not already done so, we’d recommend:

  • Ensuring WiFi Calling is enabled on the handset
  • Performing a full network reset
  • Testing the SIM in another device if possible
  • Manually switching between 4G and 5G to test stability
