Hi @Jxmie2610

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your service I understand how frustrating this must be.

When you took out your contract, coverage would have been checked and confirmed for your area at that time. However, network performance can vary depending on exact location, local conditions, and network demand.

In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps which may help improve your service:

Troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your phone to refresh the network connection
  • Toggle Airplane Mode ON and OFF to force a network reconnect
  • Make sure your phone is fully up to date with the latest software
  • Check that automatic network selection is enabled in your settings
  • If possible, try manually selecting a network
  • Remove and reinsert your SIM (or refresh your eSIM if applicable)
  • Test your SIM in another location if possible to compare service

If the issue continues after trying the above, please contact our Live Chat team, who can check the coverage in your new area in more detail and investigate further for you.
