no coverage so no point paying for it

Ive moved to clitheroe and ID service doesn’t work there so basically there’s no point having my contract as I can’t use it

    You can also try the following troubleshooting steps:

    Remove and reinsert your SIM card
    Try your SIM in another handset (if available)

     

    This will help determine whether the issue is related to the handset or the SIM card itself.

    I’ve tried all these steps and I also get nothing in Clitheroe. It’s like a black hole for id mobile, ridiculous
