Hello. A few days ago I got caught in the rain. Since then my mobile data has been not been able to work even in areas i had good/excellent coverage prior to the rain.

Sounds like your phone may have sustained damage from exposure to rain. Try your SIM in a different handset to confirm this.

There were areas on the phone damaged by the rain so its very likely whatever it uses for sim was also damaged

I’m sorry to hear you got caught out by the rain! Unfortunately, it sounds like the phone has been damaged by the rain. You can confirm by getting a replacement SIM from a Currys store, activating it, and seeing the results. Or as
