No data and v poor voice connection Henley-on-Thames

Ever since I changed to iD Mobile I have experienced poor connection in town - data non existent, voice poor. Last weekend it was impossible to speak on phone calls. Ok, the town was very busy then with lots of visitors (illuminated boat parade) but I never had this problem with BT. And yet the coverage map claims "excellent 4G" - which it plainly isn't. 

For example see a town centre postcode RG9 2BA (the Waitrose store).

I have no trouble when elsewhere (e.g. Reading or London) so it's not the phone. 

Is there some way to get this improved? For me right now the network is useless to me and I will switch when my contract is ending.

OK, I have had a call-back from ID Mobile. They are sending me a new SIM to try, we will see if that improves reception.

So, it turns out the call from “support” was a scam - elsewhere mentioned, calls from ‘Jason’ are not genuine. This is currently being investigated by iDmobile fraud team.
