I AM LOOKING FOR SOME HELP I HAVE UNLIMITED DATA IN THE UK ARRIVED IN SICILY TODAY ANDHVE BEEN TOLD IM OVER MY DATA USAGE AMDJAVE USED 2G

HOW TO I ACCESS MY DATA HERE OR.DOES AMYONE.KNOW WHAT IM DOUNG WRONG?

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry you're experiencing issues while roaming in Italy.

Could you please try manually connecting to one of our available network partners, 3 ITA or Wind, by following the steps below?

For Apple devices

Open Settings
Tap Mobile Service (or Mobile Data)
Select Network Selection
Turn Automatic network selection off
Wait for the list of available networks to load
Select 3 ITA or Wind
Wait a few minutes for the connection to establish
Test your calls, texts, and data services again

For Android devices

Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings icon
Tap Connections
Select Mobile Networks
Turn Select Automatically off
Wait for the available networks to appear
Select 3 ITA or Wind
Allow a few minutes for the device to register on the network
Test your calls, texts, and data services again
