I’ve had a samsung s23 fe contract for 18months already, it’s has unlimited everything and is for my child . It never seems to have service and the data never works when my child is outside, only works with wifi in the house. Tried resetting and all the advised things and still have the same problem. I have my own contract also, an iphone SE which works fine, how does that happen when its the same network? Its a physical sim.
