@brannond  Bit late but I've advised individual's to get someone on the network that they want to move onto and check the service in the location you needed your phone. Better still get a PAYGO sim and try the network and see which ones are more suitable for you as in service..

You can use both checkers via the link below to checked coverage bearing in mind this is just a guide and the network status checker used to see if any work or faults are on going. Just input the full postal code for a result.

@brannond  Is your phone 4G or 5G compatible?

Did you every have service at this location?

What model phone do you have and does the phone work in other locations?

Everything on my 4G phone works except making & receiving phone calls since Friday.

Used coverage checker - 4G Coverage Yes – Excellent service

Status checker - We're working on improving the network in this area at the moment.
We're sorry for any disruption this may cause.

We'll add any further updates here

Is the issue with my phone or no ID signal for four days?

Yes it's saying this on mine too

Using the Status Checker, tap in postcodes surrounding yours.

If they too have ‘working on network’, it’s probably the ID signal not your phone.

With a statement as mentioned above its a issue with the network and not your phone.. These two checkers check the network not your phone's. @brannond  @tharlow
