Hi @Sb8,

We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing this for some time now.

As WhatsApp calls are working, it sounds like your mobile service is being affected rather than your internet connection.

Could you please try the following if you haven't already?

  • Go to Settings > Phone and make sure Silence Unknown Callers and any Call Forwarding settings are turned off.
  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
  • Restart your iPhone.
  • If possible, test your SIM in another compatible handset, or test another SIM in your iPhone. This will help determine whether the issue is with the SIM or the device.

If the issue continues after trying the above, please contact let us know.

Regards,

Surely you have an acquaintance that’d let you try your SIM?

Alternatively go to a CURRYS store; someone there may be willing

to temporarily insert your SIM in their phone.

They can also issue a new SIM card, if that’s faulty.

Hi @Sb8,

Thanks for the update, and we're sorry to hear the issue is still ongoing.

As you've already completed the troubleshooting and don't have another handset available to test your SIM in, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat to request a replacement SIM card. This will help determine whether the issue is related to the SIM itself.

You can contact the team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
