No internet access while roaming in Austria.

I am stranded in Tyrol where my unlimited internet access on ID mobile fails to connect me to the world. 

Please urgently look into this and send me a link to connect me to the world. This is why I picked the unlimited internet access contract.

    Hi there ​@Odu, sorry to hear this. Have you enabled roaming on your iD Mobile account via the app/website, and also via your phone’s own settings?

     

    Have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings?
