I have switched to Id mobile today but have no internet access on my iPhone.

APN details on phone are still Sky, the previous provider.

You need to delete/remove the old SKY SIM/eSIM and then perform a network reset.

Hi @WozzaTT

Thank you for getting in touch with us and welcome to iD Mobile.

It looks like your iPhone is still using the APN settings from your previous provider (Sky), which is why you don’t have internet access yet. To fix this:

Update your APN settings on your iPhone:

Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network

Enter the iD Mobile APN details:

APN: idm

Username: leave blank

Password: leave blank

Restart your iPhone after updating the settings.

Make sure Mobile Data is turned on under Settings > Mobile Data.

Once these steps are completed, your internet should start working on iD Mobile’s network.

If it still doesn’t work, please send us a private message so that we can check if the SIM is activated correctly.

Thank you,

Zandile

Hi @WozzaTT  Have you tried performing a network rest by following these steps;

"Go to Settings.
Tap Phone.
Tap My Number.
Use the delete button to remove the old number.
Use the keypad to enter the new number.
Tap Save.
1. Go to Settings
2. Messages
3. Turn off iMessage.
4. Go to General
5. Reset
6. Reset Network Settings.
7. Once the iPhone is open.
8. Go to Settings
9. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
10.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified." ?

Thanks Paul - you’re a legend! That seems to have done it.
