No internet or phone signal for 5 days

I have a Samsung A56 with physical SIM.

I've been on iD Mobile for over a year and suddenly I have lost internet and phone signal. I'm only able to use my phone when connected to WiFi.

I've tried turning my phone on and off. My daughter joined iD Mobile a similar time to me but isn't experiencing the same issues.

This is very disruptive to home and work life. Please help!!

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your coverage. As you have mentioned that your daughter is with iD and has no issues, it would mean that the coverage in your area is fine. Please could you try the below troubleshooting steps to see if this improves the issue. 

 

  • Open Settings
  • Tap General Management
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset network settings

 

If this does not work, please let us know so that we can look into the next set of troubleshooting steps.
