No mobile coverage

in the last two days at my home address where I normally get 5G I have zero signal bars I have tried all sort extending my phone on off turn off and on in mobile data sentence but nothing else resolving it. what is the issue? Can you please solve immediately. my girlfriend is with ID mobile and she does not have this issue in the same location

Thank you for post. I am sorry to hear you've lost signal at home over the last two days, especially with your girlfriend not experiencing the same issue on iD Mobile at the same address.

Can you please do the following to help troubleshoot your connectivity;

Restart your device to refresh your connection to the network.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then turn it off again.
Check that your mobile data is switched on.
Remove your SIM card, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth, reinsert it, and restart your device.
Check that your device software is fully up to date.
Reset your network settings to refresh your device's connection to the network.
