Question

No mobile data 4g or 5g, and barely any signal for calls

I've got no 4g or 5g since yesterday, no Internet at all

Calls seem to come through ok but cant use any data, noting loads and signal doesn't show 4g or 5g or anything.

Restarted phone multiple times

Changed network settings to id mobile still no luck

Checked network coverage and service status both on id mobile and three and apparently there's no issues but clearly there must be some as data is fully down

Can someone advise what's going on?

If a car drove into your local mast and took it offline, the status checker wouldn’t immediately show this issue, as it can take some time for such problems to appear. I would expect any issues to appear within 48 hours. Perhaps try again after that time has passed, and in the meantime, use WiFi calling.

While you wait, you could try a couple of things:

    - Perform a network reset.

    - Try your SIM card in a different device.

Problem is this is not in just one location, I was out of town yesterday and I had no data the whole time, restarted my phone multiple times to see if that was the issue. My partner is also with id mobile and his data is working just fine.
