No mobile data coverage when not on wifi

My 4G/internet is not working once I enter any building that isn’t covered by WiFi. I have sufficient data allowance in my package, however it is not letting me use the internet when I am off WiFi. Outdoor service can be patchy but is reasonable, but drops to one bar or even No Service inside ANY building. I bought three sims for three different handsets and all are having the same issue. All three handsets have been through the recommended steps - toggle airplane mode/switch phone off & on again etc and nothing has made a difference. I’ve check network coverage in our area and it’s apparently ‘excellent’ both indoors & outdoors but that’s not the case

    Thank you for your post. I’m sorry you’re experiencing poor 4G/data indoors across all three handsets. 

     

    Can you please check coverage in your area using our coverage checker: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage.

     

    Reinsert your SIM and try it in another phone (if possible). This will help determine whether the issue is with the handset or the SIM/network in your building.

     

    Once you’ve tried these steps, please let us know the results and your postcode.
