no mobile data in Spain

I have no mobile data in Spain. If I needed to contact someone I couldn’t, if someone wants to call me they can’t. My partners EE mobile provider on a Samsung phone has been working perfectly well. I’ve tried everything/ altering the service etc nothing works.

To help get you connected:

  • Please make sure roaming is enabled both on your iD Mobile account and on your handset itself.

  • Our roaming partners in Spain are Yoigo and Movistar.

  • If your handset doesn’t automatically connect to one of these networks, try manually selecting them in your phone’s network settings.
