No mobile reception

Please can someone from iD mobile check for me if my SIM is activated? I have no mobile reception, only WiFi. This is driving me demented!

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your SIM—it sounds very frustrating, especially with no mobile reception.
To check if your SIM is activated, you can:

-Log into the iD Mobile app or My Account online and go to Plan > Your SIM/eSIM > Activate a replacement SIM.
-If your SIM was part of an upgrade, it might already be active—try restarting your phone and checking your network settings.
-If you're still unsure, our Live Chat team can check the activation status for you. Just have your SIM card number ready.
