Hi @FredArt33

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I’m very sorry to hear that you currently have no signal and are unable to make calls.

After checking the network in your area, I can confirm that there is congestion affecting the service. This is expected to be resolved by 12/03/2026 at 23:59, which may be the reason you are experiencing issues with making calls.

Once the work has been completed, please restart your phone as this should help your device reconnect to the network. Or you can use the following network settings:

For iPhone (iOS) – Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings → General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once complete, return to the home screen and restart your iPhone.

For Samsung – Reset Network Settings:
From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps → Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators.
Turn Select Automatically on or off.
Alternatively:
Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Confirm by tapping Reset Settings.

You can also check the coverage in your area using the following link:

Thank you for this... I will do the phone resetting on the 13th and hopefully have signal again!

Any chance I can get refunded for missing days?

Hi @FredArt33

Thank you for getting in touch.

Please note that we will first need to confirm that the services are working on your end. Once the service has been restored, we can then review your account and look into the possibility of a refund.
