I have no network or signal ever just satalite

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I am so sorry that you have network issues.

Please use the following link to check the coverage on your area:
 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

Or try to reinsert your SIM or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with handset its SIM card itself.

If the issue persists, please try the following steps for iPhone:
iPhone (iOS) – Reset Network Settings
Go to Settings → General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
Tap Reset.
Select Reset Network Settings.
Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once complete, return to the home screen and restart your iPhone.
 Samsung – Network Settings
From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.
Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks.
Tap Network Operators.
Turn Select Automatically on or off.

Network settings for Samsung: 
Go to Settings
Tap General management
Select Reset
Choose Reset network settings
Confirm by tapping Reset settings

Hi, I've been having severe issues with signal and wasn't even able to use my data when out in my local area!! I had no other choice than to use the live chat service...My personal experience of solving this issue is mixed..However I would urge any customer having these issues, especially since the 3G disconnection to use the live chat...When you finally get to choose Talk to an agent please do so.

The customer service agent took me through everything and partly solved my issue..I solved the no connection whilst outside in my local area by myself!!

I am glad to hear that the customer service agent managed to solve part of the issue. Kindly advise what issues you are still facing as on you state that the issue is partly resolved.
