no network

I've only been with iD for 3 months the last week on and off no signal or network in many different locations this is not acceptable! Multiple days now no signal or reception nor there England (2 days) southern England (1 day) obviously can't make calls or text and surprise office is closed on a bank holiday... So yeah......

While coverage is generally reliable, issues like this can sometimes be caused by temporary network disruptions, maintenance, or local congestion, which may not always be reflected immediately particularly over bank holiday periods.
 

In the meantime, there are a few troubleshooting steps that can help:

  • Restart your phone to refresh your connection
  • Turn Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then switch it off
  • Make sure your software is up to date
  • Check that your network selection is set to automatic
  • Try your SIM in another phone (if possible) to rule out a handset issue
  • If indoors, try moving closer to a window or going outside to test coverage
