Lost all signal while at home.

About a week ago the signal on my phone anf my daughters phone has gone. It was never that great, but now im not receiving texts or phone calls.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you and your daughter have suddenly lost signal at home.  I can understand how disruptive that must be, especially if you’re not receiving calls or texts.

In the meantime, we’d also recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

 

Remove and reinsert your SIM card
Try your SIM card in another phone (if possible)

This will help determine whether the issue is related to the handset or the SIM card itself.

Thank you for your reply.

As thus us an issue in both my daughters and my phone. Its not the device. I have removed my sim card and its sill the same. The signal was never great, but has worsened in the past week or so. I do occasionally work from home abd will need my phone to work as it did nit so long ago.
