No network connectivity, samsung s24+

I have been abroad for 4 weeks and since returning I have had no network connectivity; only when I'm connected to wi-fi. I have tried restarting my phone multiple times but it's still not working

I’m sorry to hear that.

Could you please test the SIM card in another phone to check whether you’re able to get signal there? Also, please try the troubleshooting steps below.

 

Can you try and manually connect to iD mobile network via the steps.
 
Swipe down on the main screen to reveal the notifications panel
Tap the settings icon
Tap Connections
Tap Mobile networks
Tap the switch button to turn Select automatically off
Select iD mobile
Wait few minutes and try test services again.

 

Mobile network reset.

 

1. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.
2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press General management.
4. Press Reset.
5. Press Reset mobile network settings.
6. Press Reset settings.
7. Press Reset.
8. Press Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
9. Press Reset settings.
10. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
11. Restart phone

Tried the network reset. All seems to be working now. Thanks!
