Getting a bit fed up now. Ive had no mobile network coverage for over 3 weeks. This is a joke.

I know vodaphone and three are or have merged but it was promised a better network.

As soon as I leave the house and switch to mobile data, I get no signal at all.

What's happening and why??

Please note…

I hope you're not going to bill me for this month??

As is the norm these days, they don’t like you dissin the network that ‘doesnt’ provide what they promised.

Otherwise you might have well voted for trump.

Complaining is the only way to get any result.

And put those complaints on social media.

They don’t care otherwise.

Hi @Billywhizz61

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with your mobile coverage for over three weeks. We understand how frustrating it must be to have no signal when leaving your home and relying on your mobile data.

Coverage can be affected by a number of factors, including local network conditions, coverage availability, and changes within the network environment. We appreciate your concerns regarding the recent network changes and the impact this has had on your service.

We would like the opportunity to investigate this further and check whether there are any known issues affecting your area.

In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off
  • Check your handset is set to automatically select the network
  • Reset your network settings
  • Ensure your device software is fully up to date
  • Test your SIM in another compatible handset, if available

Regarding your billing query, your monthly plan charges will continue as normal while the account remains active. If you would like us to review your account and discuss the impact this service issue has had, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through our social media platforms so the team can investigate this further.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope we can help resolve this for you.
