no network in EX9

Hi there

 

Im a new IDM customer and I'm visiting Devon this week and so far in EX9 postcode, no connection. I can see the 3 UK network as an operator but my android wont connect to it. It seems to come and go if I move around. Is it just a weak signal ? It was fine all the way down the M5 

I've reset the access point

 

Anything else to try ?

Thanks for that, I think it's just a black spot in coverage. If I go up the hill from where I am it's fine full 4g. I can live with it for the next few days, I can get on a hotspot if needed.
