So basically I have 2 iphones, 13 & 16e. The 13 using a vodafone sim only plan & the 16e is an ID pay monthly. However my 13 is completely broken and is my main phone for contact. I’ve tried putting the sim into the 16e it reads in the settings but won’t show up on the top of the screen. I don’t know what to do to fix this. I was also wondering if I could merge the 2 sims to one. Any advice?

Hi there @Naomimariah, if you’re having issues with your Vodafone SIM, you will need to contact Vodafone.

In terms of the SIM cards, you can’t merge SIM cards I’m afraid. If you have a dual SIM phone, you should be able to enter them both into the device or have two separate eSIM’s however.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Obviously id Mobile can’t answer that; why aren’t you contacting Vodafone?

Yes but your Vodafone sim should work in your 16.Still you said your 13 is damaged and this may well of effected the sim. Try you sim in someone's phone and see if you get the same issue or in a Vodafone shop with one of their phones with staff. But your Vodafone esim will (should work) in your IDMobile 16 phone
