Hi, my phone switched today but I don’t seem to have a signal?

Hey there ​@JaneBezza, as mentioned on the previous post, please allow up until 10pm tonight, and then restart your phone. Please also ensure the iD Mobile SIM card is activated/inside your device.

 

If after 10pm it doesn’t work, please get back in touch tomorrow.
