no roaming in Germany no calls possible

Hello,

I’m currently unable to use mobile data or make phone calls anywhere in Germany. I have checked all the settings and troubleshooting steps on my side, but the issue still remains.

Could you please check my account/SIM and help me resolve this issue? I would really appreciate your assistance.

Thank you.

Once the device has restarted and automatic network selection is enabled:

I have the same issue. I have followed the above instructions and the issue is still there. No audio and data service even though I have full bars. The service did work a few days ago.

    Hi @Trabant

Please ensure that you are connected to Telekom (formerly T-Mobile) or O2 as these networks are the ones we support in Germany.

    Thanks,
    Hosai

I’ve been having the same issue with ID for years, a few times a year! I’ve finally found a way to fix it! I just changed the network. 😊
