I am currently 18 months into a 24 month contact. I have a Samsung phone. The last week i can not receive or make calls unless i am in a WI FI area. Roaming is not working outside of WI FI. I have switched phone on & off. Checked settings are correct. Not been changed at all so confused why this is happening all of a sudden. I have a few life limiting health conditions & rely on being able to contact people. This is unacceptable service (not that i am receiving any value for my contact) My contact is Unlimited Data,Calls & messaging.
