Hi. My phone never seems to work unless I’m connected to WiFi. I’m starting to get extremely annoyed. i have 4g and sometimes 5g but even then nothing works. The service provided is inadequate and I’m considering going to ofcom about this. I pay for to contacts with ID mobile and both never work.
