I think my sim has stopped working in my phone , constant no service but when I put a tesco  sim in the phone works, Can I get a replacement sim with same number?

    As a further check, please try inserting your iD Mobile SIM into a different handset if possible. This will help confirm whether the issue is with the SIM itself or the original device.
