No service for a week

Why have I been without service for a week? Service restored for a few hours and then it's gone again. Checking the Three site for network status all it says is there's a problem and it's being worked on. This message stayed exactly the same for 7 days. You need to provide more context once service has been unavailable for more than 48 hours
