NO SERVICE FOR DAYS

I CANT RING OR TEXT, ITS SAYS NO SERVICE OR EMERGENCY CALLS. CANT USE MY MOBILE DATA EITHER. 

EVEN USING MY MOBILE ON MY HOME WIFI IS CAUSING PROBLEMS. ITS NOT JUST ME I HAVE 3 CONTRACTS ON ID. AND FAMILY ALSO AND NO ONES SERVICE IS WORKING. 

IVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO SORT THE SITUATION NOTHING HAS WORKED. CANT REMOVE MY SIM AS I HAD AN E SIM. 

IF THIS IS A ID MOBILE PROBLEM THEIR END CAN YOU PLEASE SORT IT ASAP, AS IM NOT HAPPY PAYING FOR MY CONTRACT IF I CANT USE ANY OF ID SERVICES.
