The service comes back after restarting my phone but drops after a certain period

Myy make and model is Oneplus 8 pro.

After a phone reboot I now have service, but only 1 bar. This appears to have happened as a result of the 3 network change 3 days ago.

Post code is RG6 5UG. There have been network problems over the last few days. 

The network type my phone is receiving is 4G and NR. 3G is now switched off. Right now the signal strength is:

LTE - 112dBm 18 asu but no NR. 

I think turning of 3G has worsened my service

Maintaining service requires regular phone restarts
