No service on my phone even after changing sim card

I’ve had no service on my iPhone 16 for over a week, and there’s been no coverage or network issues reported for idmobile. I’ve changed my sim from an eSIM to a SIM card and they both have no service. Not sure why this has happened or how this can be fixed.

Postcode is E6 7ER, I’ve checked IDmobile service outages and there’s been none reported in my area. I’ve travelled all around London and had no service anywhere
