Hi I have had problems since August I believe since the mast down and no time frame when this will be fixed. 
I can’t receive calls it just says call failed I see satalite instead of signal bars I also get failed to send on messages, I have recieved a text to say it’s been resolved but it has not I need to end this contract as you are not providing a service you suppose to provide I receive miss calls all the time as no one gets through it goes straight to a text missed call it’s ridiculous. Support team may have tried to phone but I can’t get through to anyone.

so you would need to email for response as what you are going to do, the only thing that is working is taking my mo ey out of my account.

Thank you for sharing these details with us. I’m really sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your service since August 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

-Restart your device
-Toggle Airplane Mode (turn it on for 30 seconds, then off)
-Check Network Settings – Ensure “Automatic Network Selection” is enabled.
-Reset Network Settings – Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (this won’t delete personal data but will reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings).
-SIM Check (Remove and reinsert your SIM card securely)
-Coverage Check – Use our Coverage Checker to confirm signal in your area.

Hi thanks for quick reply I have done this in past and did not resolve it like I said the mast in area got taking down due to safety reasons are you saying they have been put back up as just had a call as I had one bar but could not hear them. Now I have no bars I can’t even phone voice mail?

Hi just to say I have redone all what you have said and I have no bars a satellite comes up if I turn WiFi off as I have no bars thanks.
