I'm sorry to hear that. If you've returned to the UK after being abroad and now have no service despite trying the recommended troubleshooting steps, there may be an issue with your connection to the network or your SIM's status.

Please try manually selecting the network in your phone's network settings and ensure Data Roaming has been switched back off if you no longer need it. If you've already done this and still have no service, we'll need to investigate further.

Please contact us with your full name, postcode, and mobile number (if known), and let us know:

• The make and model of your handset
• Whether you're seeing any error messages (such as "No Service" or "Emergency Calls Only")
• If calls, texts, and data are all affected
