No short code SMS messages since switching

I cannot receive short code SMS messages used for account verification for my 2 Banks, Paypal, my NHS app and the psychiatry service I use to get my ADHD meds. I have an eSIM.

I was with idMobile until very recently, when I ported away and then back again to keep my number after securing a very good new contract deal from a third-party seller, pay monthly, 24 months.

I had never had an issue before with idMobile, and my last contract with them only ended a few weeks ago. I’ve checked all the settings I can possibly find having read the threads on this forum, and still nothing.

Can this be sorted ASAP please, because it is urgent.

Sorry to hear this, have you made sure your device settings include the correct mobile number?

 

How are regular SMS messages?

Hi Tom,

Regular texts work perfectly, and the number is correct.

Everything apart from short code SMS works perfectly.
