I recently got a contact with ID mobile and I have no signal about 90% of the time. 
I am about 2months into my contact and I would like to cancel as you aren’t providing me with the correct service, how do I go about doing this?

Please use the following link to check the coverage in your area:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

or try to reinsert your SIM, or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with the handset or with the SIM card itself.
